CHAMPIONSHIP RECAP DAY 5

mvp12uThe Banditos outdueled the Dulins Dodgers 4-3 in a six-inning nail-biter on Field 4. Westin Walls of the Banditos had a solid day from the mound as he accumulated ten strikeouts over the span of five innings. Walls received crucial run su12 frontpport from Cameron Moore, who spearheaded the Banditos’ late two-run rally with an RBI groundout. Following a defensive miscue, the Banditos surpassed the Dodgers for the fourth and final lead change of the game.

The Banditos will look to maintain their undefeated record against the hometown Astros in the PG Super25 12u National Championship game Tuesday morning at 11:15.

CHAMPIONSHIP RECAP DAY 4

Jacob Danna was impressive on both sides of the ball in the Banditos’ 6-2 quarterfinal victory over the Dirtbags-Black. The Banditos’ ace imposed his will against the Dirtbags with six strikeouts in a complete game effort. The Banditos never trailed after Danna’s RBI single in the third inning.

DAY 3 RECAP:

Teams made one final push for the championship bracket on day three of the PG Super25 12u National Championship at East Cobb. Eight squads will begin bracket play tomorrow morning at 9:00. Here’s a recap of the action from a pivotal day three:trophy

With ten runs in the opening three innings, the Houston Banditos coasted to a 13-2 victory over Team Wilson. The Banditos combined for three home runs, including Cameron Moore’s three-run shot in the fifth inning.

The Banditos continued their offensive tear against the Home Plate Chilidogs-Kearns on Field 2. Gavin Kash, Tyler Collins, and Casen Neumann clubbed a trio of home runs as the Banditos crushed the Chilidogs 10-3.
