Class of 2008

CLASS OF 2008

TulanenationalsJ.P. Ramirez – New Braunfels Canyon HS 2008
Tulane University – Drafted by Washington Nationals
We have been doing this for awhile now, and this kid is probably one of the top hitters I have ever coached in my life. That says a lot. This kid was born to do one thing, rake. He has power to all fields with a very smooth swing from the left side of the plate. He was blessed to hit along with outstanding balance. He to can pitch and give quality innings anywhere he plays. He has potential to throw in the high 80’s with movement. Div 1 MLB prospect.

Sam Houston Chase Daniels – Oak Ridge High School 2008
Sam Houston State University
Another one of my favorite families. I have been coaching Chase since he was 8. There is no question about his talent. He is a strong kid that has outstanding “sock” in his bat. Along with his great arm strength from 3rd base and from the mound. Has potential to throw in the mid 90’s before he graduates. Getting better dealing with adversity. Chase has come along way and he surely deserves it. This kid will be there. We love you Chase! Will be drafted out of High School. Div 1. MLB prospect.

U of HraysAustin Pruitt – College Park High School 2008
University of Houston | Tampa Bay Rays

This kid is a vacuum cleaner. He sucks up everything. A true competitor on the mound. Don’t sleep on Austin, a definite college prospect. Also has a great arm.

Andy Parmigiano – The Woodlands High School 2008
A great kid. A true gentleman. Just a strong kid with good power. We feel he will excel on the mound. He has a good fastball that can one day reach the low 90’s with an “off the table hook”. Can also play 1st base and occasional 3rd base. Junior College and Major College Prospect. BEACH!

UT Arlington Michael Polous – Cy-Fair High School 2008
University of Texas – Arlington
A great kid. A true gentleman. This kid can rake. A college prospect. A blue collar player with all of the tools.

laredo Joseph Alaniz – Sinton HS 2008
Laredo Community College
